Introduction

 By completing the Value Pack Survey your household will have the unique opportunity to trial many NEW and IMPROVED household products.

 Upon completing the survey and paying a minimal postage and handling fee of $11.50 (you will need a credit card to pay on completing this survey), you will receive a pack, via the Australia Post Courier Service within 4 - 6 weeks. The pack you receive will include products up to the value of $30.00. (products may not necessarily be those products you have marked on the survey).

 If you have any questions regarding the survey or delivery please call our Toll Free Customer Service line on 1800 023 702.
  Note: You may receive a phone call by an Independent Research Company, just to gauge your likes and dislikes of the trial product.

 Complete the survey by clicking the boxes/circles for the answers that apply to you or your household. You can follow your progress on the product progress bar at the top of the screen.

 If you do not wish to respond to a question leave it blank and press the 'next' button to move to the next question.
3.
 When you have completed the survey and the payment section your pack will arrive within 4 -6 week. Limit of two packs per household.
